Service scope
Owarelin provides software and related services that help organizations structure information, collections, metadata, responsibilities, and operational processes.
The commercial plan defines the capabilities available to the customer. Some capabilities may depend on plan level, add-ons, implementation support, or enterprise agreement.
02
Customer account and administration
The customer is responsible for account information, workspace configuration, user administration, role assignment, and internal use of the service.
Administrators should invite only authorized users and keep access rights aligned with the customer organization’s responsibilities.
03
Customer content
Records, documents, metadata, comments, configuration, and other content placed in Owarelin remain the responsibility of the customer.
The customer must make sure it has the rights and legal basis required to upload, store, process, classify, share, retain, or delete that content.
04
Acceptable use
The service must not be used to violate the law, harm third parties, bypass access controls, overload the platform, distribute malicious content, or process unlawful material.
We may suspend access when needed to protect the service, other users, payment integrity, or platform security.
05
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, failed payments, and reactivation are governed by the subscription policy displayed on this website.
Prices, taxes, billing period, plan limits, and payment conditions shown before checkout form part of the commercial information presented to the customer.
06
Availability and product changes
We make reasonable efforts to keep Owarelin available and reliable, but no online service can guarantee absolute or uninterrupted availability.
We may evolve the product to improve security, performance, reliability, usability, or commercial packaging. We aim to avoid changes that remove essential paid capabilities without a clear replacement or customer communication.
07
Beta, early access, and implementation work
Some features, integrations, migration work, or enterprise services may be provided as beta, early access, or implementation-specific work.
Those services can depend on a separate agreement, statement of work, or written confirmation before they are considered part of the purchased subscription.
08
Contact and disputes
If a customer has a question about account access, billing, cancellation, or these terms, the first step is to contact Owarelin through the contact page.
We prefer direct resolution based on the concrete account, transaction, and use case involved.
