Subscription Policy

How Owarelin subscriptions renew, change, pause, cancel, and reactivate.

Last updated: June 20, 2026

01

How subscriptions work

Owarelin plans are provided as recurring subscriptions. A subscription gives access to the capabilities, limits, users, storage, and commercial options attached to the selected plan.

Some accounts may be manually managed during early access, enterprise evaluation, implementation, or special commercial arrangements.

02

Billing period and renewal

Plans may be billed monthly or annually depending on the selected offer. Unless cancelled, a subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period.

When annual prices are shown as monthly equivalents, the subscription is still billed annually.

03

Prices, taxes, and checkout

Prices are shown in EUR. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed before payment so the customer can review the final amount before subscribing.

Tax treatment can depend on billing location, customer type, tax identification details, and payment-provider rules.

04

Plan limits and growth

Each plan includes defined users, tenant storage, collections, and functional capabilities. Record counts may be used as usage telemetry, but commercial capacity is primarily carried by storage and plan capabilities.

When usage exceeds the way a plan was designed, Owarelin may recommend a plan change instead of stacking many add-ons.

05

Cancellation

A subscription can be cancelled. Provider-backed subscriptions can be managed through the customer portal when billing is active.

Cancellation may stop renewal while keeping access until the end of the paid billing period, or it may take effect according to the payment provider and account state.

06

Failed payment and suspension

A late, declined, or unresolved payment may move the subscription into a suspended state.

During suspension, paid capabilities may be limited. We may keep enough account access available to allow billing resolution, export, or support communication where practical.

07

Reactivation

Reactivation may be possible when the subscription state and payment provider support it.

If the account was cancelled or suspended for a long period, reactivation may require review of plan availability, billing state, and data retention status.

08

Enterprise and implementation work

Enterprise, dedicated hosted tenant, on-premise, migration, or implementation services may follow a separate commercial arrangement.

Those arrangements can include different billing periods, support commitments, delivery milestones, or cancellation terms.
