01

What this policy covers

This policy explains how Owarelin handles information needed to provide the website, customer conversations, subscriptions, and Owarelin Records service.

For enterprise, dedicated hosted tenant, or on-premise arrangements, additional data protection terms may be agreed separately.

02

Account and contact data

We may process names, email addresses, organization names, role information, language, timezone, support messages, and commercial conversation history.

This information is used to respond to requests, manage accounts, prepare demos, support customers, and operate the commercial relationship.

03

Service content

Customers may place information items, documents, metadata, comments, configurations, and workflow information in Owarelin.

Customer administrators control how their organization structures that content, who receives access, and what retention or operational rules apply inside the workspace.

04

Billing and payment data

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Owarelin may store payment-provider identifiers, subscription status, customer portal references, and billing lifecycle information.

We do not need to store full card details in Owarelin to operate subscription billing.

05

Technical and usage data

We may process technical information such as IP address, browser, device information, logs, security events, page visits, and interaction data.

This helps us secure the service, troubleshoot incidents, understand product use, and improve reliability.

06

Analytics and website tools

The website may use analytics or tag management tools to understand traffic and improve the site.

Where consent or notice is required, we aim to handle those tools consistently with applicable law and configuration.

07

Retention

We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and support customer requests.

Customer information may also be subject to retention rules configured by or agreed with the customer organization.

08

Requests and rights

Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to, restrict, or export personal data.

Requests can be sent through the contact page. If the request concerns an organization workspace, we may need to coordinate with the customer administrator.
