Refund Policy
How Owarelin reviews refund requests while keeping subscriptions and service work predictable.

Our refund approach
Owarelin is a subscription service for professional teams. We want customers to understand the plan, limits, taxes, and billing period before payment, and we review refund requests with that context in mind.
Refunds are not automatic for every subscription payment, but we do consider fair requests, especially for a recent first purchase, a billing error, duplicate payment, or unresolved blocking technical issue.
02
First purchase review window
For a first purchase, contact us within 14 days after payment if the plan is clearly not usable for your intended case or if a blocking issue prevents evaluation.
We may ask what you tried, what blocked adoption, and whether support or configuration can resolve the problem before a refund decision is made.
03
Renewals and continued use
Renewals are generally not refundable when the service remained available and the subscription was not cancelled before renewal.
If a renewal happened because of an obvious billing mistake or an issue we can verify, contact us quickly so we can review it.
04
Services and implementation work
Implementation, migration, consulting, dedicated hosted tenant work, on-premise work, enterprise services, and other delivered services may follow separate refund or cancellation terms.
Work already delivered, scheduled, or materially started may be excluded from refund eligibility.
05
How to request a refund
Contact Owarelin with the account email, organization name, payment date, plan, transaction details if available, and a clear description of the reason for the request.
If the payment provider requires additional verification, processing may depend on information held by the provider, bank, or card network.
06
Effect of an approved refund
An approved refund may lead to cancellation, suspension, or downgrade of the related paid service.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear on the original payment method depends partly on the payment provider, bank, and card network.
07
Legal rights
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer, statutory, or payment rights that may apply under applicable law.
Where a law or payment-provider rule gives the customer stronger rights than this policy, that rule applies.
